Welcome to The Pilates Circle. I've done my best to make this site easy to get around, and full of information!
My name is Amy Honmen, and I'm extremely excited to share all the little things I know about Pilates with you. I've been doing Pilates for about 7 years now, and have learned a lot. That being said, the main thing I've learned is how much more there is to know out there when it comes to Pilates.
Hopefully you can use Pilates to reach whatever goals you have set for yourself. If you want to be fit, lose weight or just de-stress Pilates is probably right for you. And just in case I'm sounding infomercially, I'm not going to try to sell you on a some crazy "magic pill" or the "most amazing product since sliced bread."
The whole purpose of this site is to help you learn a lot about Pilates and have a good time doing it! If there's something I think will help I'll let you know =)
